About The Role

Promedica24 is seeking motivated and well-connected individuals to join us as Community Champion for our Live-in Care services. This is a flexible, self-employed role designed for people who are passionate about helping others access quality home care while earning ongoing rewards for their referrals. 

We are a CQC-regulated provider (rated „Good”) of home care in England, providing personal care to adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, autism, and vulnerable individuals to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. 

What we are looking for:  

  • A natural networker with strong local connections in your community.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in helping people find quality care solutions.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently. 
  • Previous experience in care, community engagement, sales, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential. 

What you will do as a Community Champion:

  •  Promote Promedica24’s Live-in Care services within your community, network, or professional circle.
  •  Identify and refer potential clients who may benefit from our services.
  •  Build trust and relationships with individuals, families, and organisations who may need care support.
  •  Act as the first friendly point of contact, introducing them to our care team.
 Remuneration:

 As a self-employed Community Champion, you will be rewarded for every successful referral:

  •  £100 upon the start of a live-in care contract.
  •  £400 after 12 consecutive weeks of the contract being active.
  •  Weekly ongoing commission for the duration of the active live-in care contract.

 How it works:

You simply refer potential clients to us. Our care team will handle assessments, care planning, and service delivery. You’ll receive your agreed payments as long as the referred client remains with us under an active live-in care contract.
